We stand behind the quality of our content. A full refund is available under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• Refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving course access
• Request must be sent via WhatsApp: +201556309878 with a brief reason

Refund will not be accepted if:

• More than 24 hours have passed since receiving course access
• Login credentials have been shared with any third party

Once approved, the full amount will be returned within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
